About After-sales & Warranty

1. There is a 6-month warranty for our products.
2. If you got a defective good, please send us a message first about the problems with videos or photos, and we will try our best to solve the problems for you.
3. If you want to return the product, please contact us within 3 days after you receive the order. All returned goods must be returned with their original packaging and accessories. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned goods.
4. We will refund the money to you when we received the returned goods.
5. Sometimes the shipping company lost the parcels, if you have not received your order in the delivery time, please contact us and we will refund you the payment or arrange to resend you the order again in this kind of case.

REFUND POLICY

GENERAL

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions

REFUND

We have a within 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at nesavashop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment of an order Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed.

ORDER FULFILMENT

We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10.00 PM CST or 04.00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will start to be made the next day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.
